6 Cognitive Dissonance
Se da cuando un consumidor adquiere un producto y acto seguido se cuestiona si realmente necesitaba ese bien. Es un estado de conflicto psicológico que padece una persona al existir un conflicto entre sus acciones y sus creencias.La disonancia cognitiva es una situación de desequilibrio, incoherencia, entre al menos dos cogniciones. La disonancia genera un estado de tensión desagradable por lo que tendemos a buscar la coherencia, la consonancia cognitiva. En el caso del consumidor que presenta su definición, no es solamente por recibir un producto o servicio por debajo de sus expectativas, esto sería un ejemplo incompleto.
